Events and Partnerships Manager

To sustain and grow the business from existing clients by delivering exceptional service.To achieve this through relationship building, regular planning, proactive thinking, strategizing and client competition mapping.To be able to bring in more Business to the company through Upsell/ Cross sell from Existing & New clients.
ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES:
Drive Marketing and Business Development through Gedu led events and partnership with educational institutes.Program Manage Partner led events to drive max ROIOrganising Events, Seminar, Roadshow for existing product & Offerings.Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.To network with B2B agents, Institutions and key decision makers.Making event wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same.Stay up to date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics.To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.Build relations with various Student bodies and external agencies etc.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or relevant discipline 5-10 years of experience in similar Industry.Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets.Excellent interpersonal communication Fluent in English, both written and oral.Relationship Management with Schools, College, University & Institute to convert into Business Opportunity.Planning and execution capabilities Client servicing & Operational skills.Strong perseverance & Good presentation skills.
