What we are looking for:Role: Techno-Commercial ManagerWe are looking for a highly ambitious and skilled Techno-Commercial Manager

for managing the intersection of technology and business within Turbostart.

Combining expertise in full stack development with a strong techno-commercial background, the ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between technical innovation and business success, driving value for both our company and our startup clients.

What you’ll do:Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our products/services, including their technical specifications, features, and applications.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to drive revenue growth.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing technical support as needed.Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights into technological advancements, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.Financial Analysis: Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement to optimize profitability.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startupCombining expertise in full stack development with a strong techno-commercial background, the ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between technical innovation and business success, driving value for both our company and our startup clients.Proven track record in techno-commercial roles, involving the intersection of technology and business.Experience in conducting technology assessments and providing strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.Ability to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform technology decisions and product strategies.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.Experience in crafting and presenting technical proposals, cost estimates, and project plans to clients.Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment in the context of technology projects.Capability to engage with clients in techno-commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage client expectations effectively
