We are hiring a Senior Leader to head Sponsorship Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships for large-scale festivals and cultural IPs. This high-impact role focuses on building long-term alliances and driving revenue through consultative, high-value sponsorships.

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales for festivals and branded IPs.
  • Create tailored sponsorship packages and lead premium client pitches.
  • Align sponsorship strategy with creative and project teams for seamless delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Define brand positioning and lead outreach to target partners.
  • Mentor, manage, and scale the sponsorship sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing and production teams to deliver sponsor assets and activations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine approaches.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record securing high-value sponsorships across events, media, or cultural properties.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and operate independently in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with consumer brands, agencies, or media buyers.
  • Experience working on multi-market or large-scale cultural events.
