As a
GTM Specialist
at Unlead.ai, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for driving product marketing initiatives, developing growth hacks to generate inbound leads, and supporting our sales teams in accelerating pipeline growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product marketing and a knack for driving growth through innovative tactics.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Craft compelling messaging and positioning for Unlead.ai’s products to differentiate us in the marketplace.•
Content Creation:
Create engaging content, including product collateral, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations that resonate with our target audience and support the sales process.•
Growth Hacking:
Design and implement innovative growth hacks to drive inbound lead generation. Experiment with various channels, tools, and strategies to optimize lead acquisition and conversion.•
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and stay ahead of industry trends. Utilize insights to refine go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.•
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide the tools, content, and training needed to effectively sell Unlead.ai’s products. Develop sales playbooks and presentations to accelerate the sales cycle.•
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, webinars, and events, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.•
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.• Proven track record of driving inbound leads and accelerating sales growth through innovative marketing tactics.• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, growth hacking techniques, and digital marketing channels.• Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to achieve business goals.• Highly motivated, creative, and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and growth.
