Role Description:

The Asst. Sales manager will oversee the implementation of Sales strategies, taking trials at the customer end, maintain relationships with the customers, new product development (as per customer needs) and analyze the competitor's product and market. The role involves revenue growth, meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent account management. This full-time role is in Mumbai and will have to travel as per the requirement.

Qualifications:

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills

Account Management experience

Team Management capabilities

Excellent Analytical Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and lead a team

Experience in the Textile chemical industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Textile Chemistry, Business, Marketing or a related field

Textile Industry Experience of 2-3 years
