As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and creating compelling marketing materials to promote our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both government and private sector clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create and update client databases.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects.
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, and presentations.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to enhance product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, with at least 1 year of experience, preferably including exposure to government clients.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
