
FMCG Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will drive the sales strategy, oversee performance, and play a crucial role in achieving our company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit, train, and coach a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive platform adoption and consistently meet and exceed team sales targets.
- Manage Performance: Oversee the team's sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and manage performance against key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Lead from the Front: Support your team by actively participating in strategic client meetings and assisting with high-stakes negotiations.
- Process Improvement: Refine and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and improve conversion rates.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- At least 2+ years of proven experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
- A strong track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Expert proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
