We are a fast-growing tech company with a powerful AI platform that is changing the FMCG industry. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives.
  • Set sales goals, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using our CRM.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new salespeople.
  • Support your team in major client negotiations and meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B software (SaaS) sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
