Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the showroom sales team, drive revenue growth, implement sales strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail jewellery sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase footfall, conversion, and average billing.
  • Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor performance ID-wise.
  • Train and motivate sales executives on product knowledge, customer service, and upselling.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship management and handle escalations smoothly.
  • Monitor stock display, visual merchandising, and showroom ambience.
  • Coordinate with management on offers, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
  • Work closely with Collection & Marketing teams to meet overall business objectives.
  • Ensure showroom discipline, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Jewellery / Retail Sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales reporting, target setting, and daily operations.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons.
