Role Overview:As an Assistant Manager in the Rapid Fulfillment Control Center at Nykaa Beauty Ecommerce, you will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing supply chain operations for our new Rapid Fulfillment business. You will coordinate with various cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage dark store operations, and ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations Setup:- Develop and refine business operations and processes for Nykaa’s new Rapid Fulfillment business from a supply chain perspective.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category, Operations, and Logistics to set up and optimize functions for upcoming dark stores.

2. KPI Monitoring:- Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Order to Delivery, Availability, and Opportunity Loss to deliver top-tier speed and customer experience.- Implement strategies to enhance KPI performance and address any operational gaps.

3. Control Tower Management:- Oversee the Control Tower and manage order fulfillment processes for the Rapid Fulfillment function.- Track the performance of various dark stores and ensure alignment with business objectives.

4. Capacity Planning:- Create and manage capacity plans to align dark store capabilities with business growth and expansion.- Ensure readiness for both regular operations and peak periods.

5. Project Management:- Act as the project manager for setting up dark stores.- Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Admin, and Category teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of each dark store setup.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Experience:- Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain or Order Fulfillment roles.- Alternatively, a Post Graduation in Supply Chain or Operations can be considered.

-Skills and Knowledge:- Strong understanding of Supply Chain management principles and practices.- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an added advantage.
