Full-time role Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai Job Description: ZataakSe is an up and coming start-up in the e-commerce space and this a key role in ensuring smooth roll-out of our app. You will closely work with the co-founders and the department heads as a key member of our small team. This is not a telesales job, candidates have to be willing to go out in the field. Compensation will be based on relevant prior experience and post-interview evaluation. A Merchant Onboarding and Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants, and ensuring their successful onboarding and integration into the company's payment platform. This individual is also responsible for managing the merchant registration process and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the merchant registration process, including the collection of necessary documentation and verification of merchant information. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. 3. Build and maintain relationships with merchants, acting as the primary point of contact for all merchant-related issues and inquiries. 4. Provide support to merchants during the integration process, including technical assistance and guidance on best practices. 5. Develop and implement training and educational materials for merchants, including onboarding and ongoing support. 6. Manage the resolution of merchant disputes and complaints, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. 7. Monitor merchant performance and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of merchant relationships. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for improving the merchant onboarding and relationship management process. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR relevant work experience 2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchant onboarding, relationship management, or a related field. 3. Strong knowledge of payment industry regulations, including KYC requirements. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants- multi-lingual applicants will definitely be considered on priority(Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi etc.) 5. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to constantly changing processes. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
