We are looking to hire a talented, highly motivated, Civil Engineer to join our team.

Requirements for GC Estimator or Quantity Surveyor are as follows.

  • An Estimator works for Contracting Co. He/she:
  • Checks Bid Plans and Specs / Tender Documents
  • Takes off all Quantities or Items of Work for the Project including specific Items affecting prices.
  • Uses the Rates available or gets prices from Subcontractors.
  • Prepares Competitive Bid as a Contractor which will have Bill of Quantities/ Rates /Any other Special Features related to Specific Contract with Exclusions if any.
  • Familiar with CSI Divisions.

  • On-screen Takeoff (Plan swift /Bluebeam / other relevant software)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Persistence and determination
  • Ability to use your initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to organize your time and workload
  • Have a thorough understanding of computer systems and applications.

Please Note:

  • No work from home.
  • Office timings 12 Noon to 9:30 PM and Monday to Friday
  • Job Location: Hyderabad - India.
