**Position**: Quantity Surveyor

**Location**:Nagole, Hyderabad.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Quantity takes off - Correspondence of items between Specs & BOQ and also correspondence of items between Drawings & BOQ.
- Preparation Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Preparing presentation drawings for tendering as well as for the project co-ordination for the site.
- Preparation of Project S-curve, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Client.
- Equipment and Man Power Productivity analysis, Earned Value Analysis.
- Progress Monitoring and Controlling of Sub-Contractor works of various disciplines.
- Collecting information from the site and implementing in the as-built drawing.
- Handling project drawings with the concern engineering staff.
- Preparation of shop drawings for the civil & architectural works of Hospital building, Residential Building.
- Preparation of auto cad drawings for submitting of invoices.
- Quantity the completed work in preparing monthly invoices (IPC).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
