We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the digital marketing sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can effectively bring in solid, long-term clients for our marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing services, focusing on establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth in the digital marketing landscape.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies and pitches to attract and retain clients, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their marketing needs, present our services, and negotiate contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive successful outcomes.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform business strategy and improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
