Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Contribute to the business planning rhythm including preparation and participation in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review-of-the-Business (RoB) activitiesDrive consistency and excellence for sales team - including account planning roles and responsibilitiesProvide data insights to the client and stakeholders , regular reports and dashboards to senior management on sales performance and KPIs.Work with sales leaders to develop sales segmentation plans account plans that ensures focused targeted pipeline growth action plansManage the forecast, segmentation, budget cascade and sales quota assignment processDrives pipeline standards and hygieneOrchestrates and manages all internal sales reporting and rhythm of the business workstreamsCollaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Evaluate and optimize existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team.Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with Client and stakeholders

What we expect from You:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, data analytics with a focus on sales excellence strategy, or operations.Experience in sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvements in a Global sales environmentShould have prior experience in Client Engagements/account managementLeadership skills, particularly as they relate to managing the clients and strategic issues • Proven track record of driving sales performance, client management.Strong sales analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
