Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to the business planning rhythm including preparation and participation in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual review-of-the-Business (RoB) activities
  • Drive consistency and excellence for sales team - including account planning roles and responsibilities
  • Provide data insights to the client and stakeholders , regular reports and dashboards to senior management on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Work with sales leaders to develop sales segmentation plans account plans that ensures focused targeted pipeline growth action plans
  • Manage the forecast, segmentation, budget cascade and sales quota assignment process
  • Drives pipeline standards and hygiene
  • Orchestrates and manages all internal sales reporting and rhythm of the business workstreams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate and optimize existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with Client and stakeholders


What we expect from You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, data analytics with a focus on sales excellence strategy, or operations.
  • Experience in sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvements in a Global sales environment
  • Should have prior experience in Client Engagements/account management
  • Leadership skills, particularly as they relate to managing the clients and strategic issues • Proven track record of driving sales performance, client management.
  • Strong sales analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
