Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Head (India) to drive growth for both Unshackled and Greencard Inc. (GCI). In this role, you will lead sales efforts across service-based products and courses, focusing on setting up scalable sales systems and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute sales email campaigns using ConvertKit.
  • Develop and maintain a sales engine to qualify leads for sales calls, minimizing founder involvement.
  • Manage outbound sales efforts and track performance metrics.
  • Set up and refine sales processes to drive engagement and close deals.
  • Focus on driving revenue growth across service businesses and courses.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales experience, specifically in service-based businesses and course sales.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, managing teams, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience working with companies like Byju’s or similar, where courses and services were sold.
  • Strong understanding of sales automation tools like ConvertKit and other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.


Salary:

Base salary: ₹12,00,000 LPA

Variable pay on top of the base salary based on performance.
