Voice & Accent Corporate Trainer

Location - Noida, UP

Salary - INR 30,000 - INR 45,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Voice & Accent Corporate Trainer
with expertise in
American English pronunciation, syllable stress, written and verbal communication, and cultural nuances
. The ideal candidate will also bring strong knowledge of
American geography and time zones
to help professionals engage effectively with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training on
    American English accent, modulation, syllable stress, and intonation
  • Coach participants on
    clear and confident communication
    , both written and verbal
  • Teach business etiquette with awareness of
    American geography, time zones, and culture
  • Provide
    voice modulation and accent neutralization
    techniques for professional interactions
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules and exercises tailored to corporate needs
  • Assess participant performance, give constructive feedback, and track progress
  • Develop confidence-building sessions and enhance
    interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to align training goals with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or related field
  • Prior experience as a
    Voice & Accent Trainer / Corporate Trainer
    (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in
    American accent, modulation, and syllable stress patterns
  • Knowledge of
    American geography, time zones, and workplace culture
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    in American English
  • Strong
    interpersonal, persuasive, and convincing skills
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and transform learners across levels
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
