*Position Summary *
Gain proficiency in researching and analyzing digital content, keywords, and industry trends to identify opportunities for SEO improvement. Assist in maintaining and updating company website data, optimizing on-page and off-page elements under the guidance of senior team members. Learn to monitor website performance using analytics tools and support the team in ensuring best practices for maximizing organic search visibility.

*ESSENTIAL
Duties And Responsibilities *

• Train in conducting keyword research, competitive website analysis, backlink audits, and SEO-focused content evaluations.
• Explore digital resources including industry blogs, analytics dashboards, forums, and performance reports. Learn to perform website audits, monitor search engine rankings, and contribute to technical SEO improvements.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for on-page and off-page optimization, helping to safeguard and enhance the company's online presence and digital assets.
• Support monitoring of brand mentions and company website visibility across online channels, ensuring reputation management and proactive response to unauthorized use or negative content.
• Understand and comply with established digital marketing workflows and project management processes.

*NON-ESSENTIAL *

• Undertake any additional training or assignments related to SEO, digital marketing, or website analytics as directed by management.
• Demonstrate initiative in pursuing learning opportunities to enhance SEO skills and contribute to team objectives.
• Comply with organizational HR policies and procedures, particularly as they relate to ethical digital practices and data privacy.

*Qualifications
REQUIRED *

• Graduation /Post Graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or another relevant discipline.

DESIRED

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
