Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving search engine rankings and driving qualified traffic to the website.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and integrate them into website content, meta descriptions, headers, and alt tags.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and overall site performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce optimized, keyword-rich, and engaging content aligned with SEO objectives.
- Manage off-page SEO tactics including link-building, outreach, and partnerships to boost domain authority and backlink profile.
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor and adapt strategies in response to search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
- Generate detailed SEO performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing team and leadership.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
- Ensure alignment of SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives and campaign goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and slow page speed.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark SEO performance and identify new opportunities.
- Explore advanced SEO trends including voice search optimization, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or in a similar role with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithm updates, and technical SEO.
- Proficient with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong capabilities in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
- SEO certifications (e.g., Google, SEMrush, HubSpot) are a plus.
