Sr Group Manager F&A Ops

Scope of work to include

• Produce internal and external customer invoices
• Update the billing system based on management agreements
• Prepare debtor age debt analysis and take steps to collect outstanding debts
• Receipt debtor settlements and prepare debtor reconciliations
• Coordinate with the treasury and manage bank balances at optimum levels
• Provide audit schedules and resolve audit queries
• Produce Rebates on time
• Monitor Client Money (CASS) instances  and segregate funds  on time
• Maintains continuous open and consistent communication with other stakeholders
• Would  require to provide guidance on complex issues.
• Review the work and improve the controls of all the activities in OTC including Aged debt report,Recs and query management
• Has exposure to Oracle Billing, Invoicing, Credit notes, Revenue Manager billing
• Lead the audit requirements and ensure that the activities are completed on time
• Should have an end to end exposure of the impact of OTC operations in other areas and suggest solutions
• To monitor and ensure the quality & quantity targets set for the team.
• Coordinating between different processing teams within and  client side  and resolve issues & queries as appropriate
• Articulation and presentation of MI to the client on a regular basis
• Expert  Communication & coordination between different stakeholders across internal and client organisation
• Operations
• Process management & accountability  - Responsible for the day to day deliverables, adherence to SLAs across various lines of business, delivering on quality and key client projects
• Stakeholder engagement - Client Management and deliver key stakeholder projects
• Team Management and People Development - Responsible in monitoring the team and regularly motivate and Support the team by providing feedback at regular intervals to ensure their development and with effective rewards and recognition
• Expert knowledge in other areas like P2P and Banking & working knowledge in R2R  which will help in underatnding the wing to wing  impact of OTC operations
• Risk / Controls
• To have a regular review on the associated risks and to ensure sufficient controls are in place
• Monitor and implement robust controls in the process an ensure zero customer feedbacks
• Customer Satisfaction
• Proactive and excellent client management skills in handling service delivery issues or potential delays in achieving deadlines by keeping the relevant parties informed and having regular interaction with the top management and ensuring good CSAT scores
• Maintain excellent  working relationship with onshore peers by having regular scheduled calls
• Transformation, Innovation and Process Improvements
• Driving the team to identify areas of improvement in processes owned and ensuring the approval from the management to  implement  change
• Operational Development and Continuous Improvement
• Co ordinating with the quality & Transformtion  team to  ensure the process improvement and transformations are demonstrated to the satisfaction of the client
• Continuously engaging with the team to improve the current BAU and improve the efficiency of the processes

Mandate Skillset :

Strong exp in F&A all 3 towers - PTP+OTC+RTR

Client facing role

Good team handling and client management

End to end service delivery, Transactional activities including deliverables in Transformation requirement &

Transitioning support, Internal co-ordination with Projects and EUs to meet SLA standards.

Driving transformation via Consolidation/Harmonisation/Automations (incld. RPA/Power BI)

Work Location : Chennai - DLF IT Park Ramapuram | 100% Work from Office

Geo Responsibility : UK

Shift Timings : 12-9 PM or 1 to 10 PM (Flexibility needed)

Qualification : Post Graduate/MBA Qualified accountant preferred
