Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets


• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs


• Manage tendering processes and vendor selection


• Monitor project costs and cash flow


• Review and verify contractor bills and variations


• Support contract administration and compliance


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors

Requirements:


• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying


• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field


• Strong analytical and negotiation skills


• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel


• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
