Position: Restaurant Manager
About the Hotel:

We are a prestigious four-star hotel located in the heart of Kottayam, renowned for offering top-tier dining experiences and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team to new heights of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant, ensuring efficient service and quality.
  • Manage and lead a team of servers, chefs, and staff.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing guest feedback.
  • Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost restaurant performance and enhance guest experience.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in the restaurant.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience 3-5 Years
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team effectively and ensure high service standards.
  • Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
