Studio & Event Operations Manager

We're hiring an Event & Studio Operations Manager to take charge of both studio preparations and on-ground execution at our live gifting stations. This is a hands-on role requiring organization, energy, and a helping nature.

In the Studio (Pre-Event):

  • Organize raw materials, bases, labels & packaging.

  • Maintain packing lists, inventory, and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with the studio team to prepare event kits on time.

  • Keep the team motivated while ensuring efficiency.

  • Work with Excel, data, and task management to stay organized.

At Events (On-Ground Execution):

  • Travel with the team to set up live gifting stations.

  • Ensure displays are beautifully decorated and guest-ready.

  • Communicate with clients and event managers on-site.

  • Be hands-on in execution & personalization, knowing how products are made.

  • Build team spirit with positivity and a forthcoming, helping nature.

  • Wrap up smoothly and ensure safe return of materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong skills in operations, planning, and customer service.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel & data-driven management.

  • Prior experience in operations or event management.

  • Bachelor's Degree
