Senior Associate – Operations
to join our
Finz
team. If you're data-driven, detail-oriented, and love working with numbers, this role is for you

What You'll Do:

Manage and analyze financial/operational data with accuracy

Handle disbursements and backend processes

Take follow-ups with clients via calls & emails

Prepare reports and maintain communication records

Collaborate with teams to streamline operations

What We're Looking For:

Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)

2–4 years of experience in operations/data handling

Strong MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reporting)

Good communication skills (calls & emails)

Detail-oriented, comfortable with large data sets
