Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Management Trainee
 
-DP
 to join our finance team. The role involves handling tasks related to securities, demat accounts, and settlement activities in the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process stock pay-ins and pay-outs.

· Handle demat and D-Stat operations.

· Manage pledge and re-pledge processes.

· Work on annual statements and coordinate with branches.

· Oversee exchange settlements and reconciliations.

· Handle corporate actions (like dividends, rights issues).

· Manage trade transaction billing.

· Ensure compliance with KYC guidelines for CDSL/NSDL.

· Open, close, and transmit demat accounts.

· Coordinate with market participants (regulators, brokers, exchanges).

· Assist in audits (internal, statutory, NSDL/CDSL audits).

· Handle monthly charges and billing.

Skills & Requirements:

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Understanding of financial markets.

· Any stock market certifications (e.g., NISM) are a plus.

· Freshers are welcome, but prior experience is an advantage.
