Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Certified Developer with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate will have advanced ServiceNow certifications, strong development experience, and expertise in customization, integration, and automation. This role will focus on building, optimizing, and enhancing Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Policy workflows within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:


• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Policy).


• Implement automations, workflows, and integrations to enhance platform capabilities.


• Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to design and deliver GRC solutions.


• Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.


• Ensure compliance with best practices and deliver high-quality solutions.


• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow GRC implementations.


• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and enterprise systems.


• Provide guidance on GRC best practices, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

Advanced ServiceNow GRC certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC).

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC development experience.

Expertise in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management within ServiceNow.

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, UI Actions).

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).

Deep understanding of GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Familiarity with Cloud Security and Compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
