Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in eGRC solutions to join our team. As a key member of the GRC Technology group, you will contribute functionally to client engagements and internal projects.

  • Work closely with Solution Designers/Architects to brainstorm ideas, disseminate business requirements, and develop feasible solutions.
  • Map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to design and implement GRC applications and modules that meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in scrum meetings, including user story point definition and prioritisation.
  • Lead Testing Activities, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) associated with the build in scope.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the GRC domain, specialising in ServiceNow IRM tool.
  • Proven track record of leading/completing end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation engagements.
  • ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC, Certified System Administrator).
  • Experience in developing and maintaining training documentation.
  • Basic understanding of cross-GRC domains, including Information Security, Business Continuity, and Risk Management.
