Senior Consultant – Identity & Access Management (SailPoint & Delinea)

Location:
Noida (Full-time, Onsite/Hybrid as applicable)

About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Consultant – IAM
with deep expertise in
SailPoint IdentityIQ
and
Delinea PAM
to lead and deliver enterprise identity governance and privileged access management solutions. This is a client-facing, senior-level role requiring strong technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet complex business and security needs.
  • Lead the onboarding and configuration of applications and SailPoint connectors.
  • Drive SailPoint upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and automation using PowerShell/Java/Python.
  • Implement and manage Delinea Secret Server (PAM) solutions.
  • Integrate IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM, SSO.
  • Ensure service quality, security compliance, and risk management in IAM environments.
  • Provide thought leadership, client advisory, and technical mentoring within the IAM practice.
  • Collaborate with global teams and contribute to IAM strategy, governance, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and Delinea.
  • Strong technical expertise in Azure AD, Hybrid Identity, Authentication, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM.
  • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, REST APIs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex IAM/PAM issues and identity lifecycle management.
  • Prior consulting experience in large-scale IAM transformation projects.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
  • Microsoft SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator)
  • Delinea / PAM certifications
