Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Learning platforms

In this role we are looking someone who will be part of the learning platforms team in Genome, our reskilling platform.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all the learning applications (CSOD, internal LXP and external learning platforms) by closely working with business, vendor, and admin teams

· Vendor relationship management with both external (technology partners like CSOD) for product roadmap, escalations on critical issues and project related assignments

· Responsible for driving product release / enhancements

· Work closely with internal teams for governing and adoption and to drive any appropriate automation projects

· Support the implementation of ERP and relevant integration design and implementation

· Manage key sub-streams like Reporting, Integration, Data Conversion and Employee Experience with the project team

· Work with corporate, regional, and business L&D teams for data, reporting, integration, and end-to-end testing of the solution

· Manage all the relevant documentation for effective tracking of the overall project

· Participate in designing unified experience for learners, managers, and admin persona as part of the implementation

· Driving change management and communication for effective adoption and '0' surprises on day 1

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/skills

· Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities. Lead and participate in key discussions/decisions for aligned vertical and service lines.

· Executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders

· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Knowledge in Agile methodologies. Preferred hands-on with Azure DevOps.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Fluent with tools/technologies/methodologies usage - MS Office, DevOps, Power BI, Zoom, Teams, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
