Strategic purpose of the position:

Being part of the HR team and leading Learning & Development portfolio for Carlsberg India , the role will be responsible for driving the overall Learning Strategy.

Driving the Learning agenda

Improving internal processes and ways of working and embed the Carlsberg behaviors (the Triple A)

Strengthening Capability Building & Learning Culture within the organization

Building talent capabilities & competencies in line with the business agenda


Core responsibilities:

•Leading the development and execution of the L&D strategy.

•Leading and driving capability development interventions and initiatives.

•Focus on driving IDPs, Career paths and Assessment centers.

•Driving local Talent Development strategy.

•Driving Global Learning projects & Guidelines in CIPL

•Managing the common processes and day-to-day L&D operations

•Leading the L&D Platform and tools.

•Acting as Central SPoC for all locations PAN India

•Operating Cost Management & ownership.


Professional qualification and competencies

•Strong business acumen and ability to deliver Learning strategy linked to HR & Business Strategy.

•Ability to think strategically while focusing on driving Operational Excellence

•Good interpersonal & networking skills

•Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

•High level of integrity and aligning work with ethical compass and policy.

•Cultural awareness &Capabilities that are aligned with Carlsberg behaviours

•Knowledge of best & emerging practices in L&D.

•Knowledge of and experience in managing Digital L&D Platforms and tools.


Educational / minimum requirements:

Education:

•Master’s Degree

Experience:

•Min.10 years’ experience in HR (L&D) preferably in Global organizations in FMCG/Manufacturing industry
