Overview:TheManager Learning and Development is a key role within theorganization responsible for creating and implementing learning anddevelopment strategies to support the growth and success of thecompany. This role plays a crucial part in identifying trainingneeds designing and delivering effective learning programs andensuring the continuous development of employees at alllevels.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement learning and development strategies aligned with theorganizations goals and objectives
  • Identifytraining needs through consultation with stakeholders andperformance evaluations
  • Design and delivereffective learning programs workshops and trainingsessions
  • Manage the learning and developmentbudget and resources effectively
  • Ensurecompliance with legal and industry standards in all training anddevelopment initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluatethe effectiveness of learning programs and make necessaryimprovements
  • Provide coaching mentoring andsupport to employees and managers on learning and developmentmatters
  • Collaborate with external trainingproviders educational institutions and industryexperts
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends andbest practices in learning anddevelopment
  • Contribute to the creation of apositive learning culture and employee engagementinitiatives
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Education Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in learning anddevelopment training or relatedfield
  • Demonstrated leadership and peoplemanagement skills
  • Strong understanding of adultlearning principles and instructionaldesign
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop anddeliver engaging and impactful trainingprograms
  • Experience in budget management andresource allocation
  • Knowledge of learningmanagement systems and elearningplatforms
  • Certifications in training anddevelopment are advantageous
  • Ability tocollaborate and build relationships with internal and externalstakeholders
