Responsibilities:CRM Strategy and Execution

:Collaborate with the CRM Manager to create and execute targeted campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.).Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing.Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop campaign materials.Customer Data Management:Manage data segmentation and target audience lists for campaigns.Monitor and maintain data quality, including data cleaning and updatingAnalyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metricsCustomer Insights and Analytics:Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to understand different customer groupsUtilize CRM analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM / retention marketingPrior experience in D2C or fast paced startups are good to haveStrong data analytical skills and project management abilities is a must-haveKnowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools is good to have
