Immediate Joining preferredJOB DESCRIPTIONAs Retention Marketing executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize engagement with our community through meaningful content, understand course enrollment journey and support the same with retention marketing strategies via Email, & Whatsapp marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on understanding user behavior, implementing targeted campaigns, and leveraging data- driven insights to achieve these goals. This role requires a blend of consumer first approach, analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of retention marketing to translate the institute’s expertise in yogic knowledge and practices into relevant communications for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify key segments.Develop strategies for personalized communication (via SMS, Email, WhatsApp & Bot) based on customer segments.Create strategy for yearly, monthly and weekly strategic & tactical CRM plans.Planning and creating automated user journeys for effective communicationCreate compelling content and messaging to resonate with different customer segments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Implement customer feedback loops to gather insights and understand pain pointsRegularly analyze campaign performance and customer metrics to measure successWork closely with content , sales, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.1+ years of experience in CRM or a similar roleProficiency in using analytics tools such as Clever Tap, Web Engage, Mo EngageStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systemsCreative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies

Probationary Period: 3 monthsFood Policy-

Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her lunch box, it has to be vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.Leave Policy –

12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State HolidaysWork ethics:

While at work, smoke breaks are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited and associates are not allowed to go out of the workplace to have their smoke breaks and resume work.
