Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Marketing Manager at EUME in Mumbai. The Retention Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing customer retention strategies, analyzing marketing data, segmenting markets, and managing projects to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Customer Communication: Create and execute multi-channel retention flows, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other relevant channels to engage and retain customers.
  • Retention Campaigns: Develop, plan, and optimize campaigns that encourage repeat purchases, reduce churn, and increase customer engagement with personalized content and offers.
  • Annual Calendar Planning: Strategize and maintain annual retention calendars, aligning with key product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Implement advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver targeted messaging, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Purchase Experience: Build automated post-purchase flows that encourage product reviews, referrals, and repeat purchases, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Customer Loyalty Programs: Conceptualize and manage customer loyalty programs that reward repeat purchases, referrals, and long-term engagement with the brand.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior, retention metrics, and campaign performance to continuously refine and improve retention initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure retention strategies are aligned with the brand’s goals and customer needs.
  • Copywriting for Product Information: Write and optimize product descriptions, marketing copy, and other forms of content across customer touchpoints to clearly communicate product features and benefits, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Retention Marketing or CRM, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and customer segmentation tools.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong hold of English language
