Head Of Business Development

Hunt for new clients who will benefit from the company’s services and maximise client potential in designated regions.-
Own the entire process of identifying prospects, pursuing and converting into an order.-
Technically understand customer pain points and requirements and translate the same to sourcing & operations team to improve conversion ratio.-
Be a team player and improve customer satisfaction by being the bridge between the Customer and the internal team.-
Develop a thorough understanding of our pricing mechanism and translate the same to a customer offer.-
Manage difficult situations with customers and hand hold them for long term success-
Work with defined targets and bring planning and execution rigour towards building a strong pipeline, converting orders, delivery and billing.Requirements-
12-15 years of technology/manufacturing related B2B sales or business development experience-
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills-
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills-
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend events
