
Sales Executive

Location: (Your City, e.g., Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai) (Local travel within city only)
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers (startups, SMEs, businesses) in your city.
- Explain and demonstrate the features of our HRM software.
- Convince decision-makers by highlighting the benefits (time-saving, compliance, cost efficiency).
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) and answer client queries.
- Maintain a daily/weekly sales visit report.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and renewals.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
- Confidence in meeting and convincing clients face-to-face.
- Basic knowledge of software/IT products is a plus.
- Should own a smartphone and be comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Willingness to travel within your city (no outstation travel required).
