Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at HOUSE OF TRAVELLERS in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including prospecting new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Sales and Promotion:
Actively promote and sell travel packages, including tours, flights, accommodation, and other travel-related services.
Build and maintain a strong customer base through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth. Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets to expand the agency's client base.
Customer Service:
Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Establish long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize cross-selling opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the agency's offerings and effectively communicate the value of various travel packages to clients.
Administration and Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including client details, bookings, and payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, outlining sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Available throughout the day for discussions with the clients.
Should be fluent in English.
Should have good communication skills to solve the client's queries.
Should use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Provide fast, friendly service and actively seeking out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance.
