Job Description

Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.

Design and develop intelligent agents and autonomous workflows using agentic AI tools.

Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms using Python and Java.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the team.

Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems.

Qualifications

Bachelors or master's in computer science, engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.

Strong proficiency in Python and Java for backend and AI development.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Familiarity with agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AutoGPT, or similar.

Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD.

Proven ability to lead complex AI projects and mentor team members.

Desirable experience & skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and orchestration tools.

Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.

Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
