- Innovate and build : Design, develop, and maintain products and features that serve millions of customers, continuously improving customer experience.


- Own solutions end-to-end : Tackle broadly defined problems by designing and coding scalable, high-quality solutions.


- Raise the bar : Champion best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.


- Collaborate on architecture : Partner with peers to architect, design, and evolve new and existing systems.


- Be AI-driven : Continuously explore, adopt, and leverage AI tools and techniques to improve engineering workflows, code quality, testing, and delivery speed.


- Bottom-up ownership : Take full ownership of the code you writeensuring production readiness, system stability, and operational excellence; proactively improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability; embed observability and monitoring as a core part of design and development.


- Deliver iteratively : Work in an agile environment, shipping high-quality software with fast feedback loops.


We'll love to explore more about you if you have :


- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institutionor equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company.


- 3+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python).


- Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.


- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and REST API design.


- Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.


- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.


- Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts : Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases.
