Our goal is to transform businesses and achieve excellence with AI-based innovations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, onsite role for an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI, with 3–5 years of experience. The position is located in Noida. You must have strong expertise in Generative AI, a solid product mindset, and the ability to lead and deliver. If you’ve explored frameworks like Google AgentSpace, built LLM tools, or developed agentic workflows, we want to talk.️ Your Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the development of GenAI & Agentic tools , LLM-based apps, and intelligent agentsBuild and optimize multi-agent pipelines using tools like LangChain , AutoGen , or Google AgentSpaceDesign, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM/NLP models , integrate APIs, and streamline deploymentManage AI engineering workflow — from research to PoC to scalable codeMentor junior AI engineers and guide code quality, architecture, and debuggingCollaborate on client proposals, technical solutioning, and product roadmapsRepresent ISIR.AI in client demos and professional networks✅ Must-Have Skills 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML product developmentHands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) , embeddings, and tool integrationPractical knowledge of LangChain , AutoGen , Google AgentSpace , or similar frameworksExperience building Generative AI tools , agents, or intelligent assistantsStrong Python skills, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker, and GitSolid understanding of MLOps pipelines , vector stores, and model deploymentGreat communication and product thinking⚠️ Important Note This role is meant strictly for candidates with 3–5 years of experienceIf you have more than 5 years , we appreciate your interest, but this role will not match your salary expectationsSalary will be based on experience within this range only , regardless of more experienceWhy Join ISIR.AI?
