Job Description What we want: We’re looking for a Regional Sales Head – Kolkata (East India) who can own revenue growth, P&L management, and strategic expansion across the East region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital media professional with deep market relationships, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver consistent business results in Agency and Direct Brand Sales. What you will do: • Drive overall revenue generation and P&L management for the Kolkata region.• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team in the East market.• Develop and execute sales strategies for Agency & Direct Brand sales, with strong focus on Programmatic, In-App, and Strategic Alliances.• Build and nurture relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers in the East India market.• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closely monitoring KPIs and ensuring business objectives are met.• Partner with cross-functional teams (AdOps, Product, Client Servicing) for seamless campaign delivery and client success.• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from the Kolkata/East region to management.• Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting on sales performance.• Represent the company at regional industry forums, digital marketing events, and trade conferences. Requirements • 10–12 years of experience in Agency & Digital Media Sales, preferably in East India.• Strong understanding of Programmatic and In-App advertising ecosystems.• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing teams.• Established network of agencies and brands in the Kolkata/East region.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
