Business Development Manager

JD:

Support the Business Development team in executing strategies that enhance LTSCT's market share and growth within the semiconductor industry, utilizing a strong foundation in semiconductor technology and market dynamics.

Areas Of Responsibility

  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the semiconductor sector(globally).
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align LTSCT's offerings with market demands.
  • Facilitate customer and partner relationships to gather insights and promote LTSCT's solutions.

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with a solid understanding of semiconductor technologies; business degree with relevant industry experience also considered. MBA background preferred
  • 8 – 15 yrs of experience in a business development or technical role within the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Technical And Behavioral Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of the semiconductor market.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualifiers for the Role / Necessary Experience and Skills Required for the Role
  • Eagerness to grow within the business development field, with a keen interest in the semiconductor industry and its future trends.
