Position: Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels. Your goal is to drive sales opportunities and contribute to business growth by engaging potential customers, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive inbound and outbound leads.
Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead generation strategies.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
Ability to analyze lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.
