  1. Interacting with clients before proposal/quotation preparation if required.

  2. Issuance of relevant forms & formats to respective dept/team.

  3. Attending client calls (Coordinate with the clients till project execution)

  4. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

  5. Follow up calls to clients for payments/AMC renewal.

  6. Coordinate with clients for the document collection and to get the confirmation for the necessary arrangement under client scope.

  7. Coordination with the respective team from project initiation till project completion.

  8. Responsible for maintaining data in software as per the requirement.

  9. Sample collection and report generation for QC Lab.

  10. Any other task as assigned by reporting head time to time

Job Type: Full-time
