Business Development Executive

Summary:
The Business Development Executive (Corporate Sales) is responsible for generating new sales and maintaining existing accounts with businesses of all sizes. This position requires a high level of customer service, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the corporate market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, Connections, and attending trade shows.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to corporate decision-makers.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers and prospects.
- Track and report sales activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
