PrimeSoft is looking for dynamic Managers in Business Development with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT consulting and software sales. The ideal candidate will drive growth by showcasing our solutions to clients, cultivating strong relationships, and generating new leads. They should possess strong analytical and communication skills, a proven track record in IT services revenue generation, and an established network at the CXO level in BFSI, Healthtech, Fintech, GCC. A tech-savvy go-getter with a hunter mentality is essential for mentoring junior team members and achieving sales success..

Other Locations: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru
Requirement
- Sound analytical and research skills.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a go-getter who thrives on making winning sales.
- Must have a good network at CXO level in banking, financial services and insurance domains in India.
- Proven history of generating IT services revenue as a hunter.
- Must have technology background

- Must have at least 5 to 8 years minimum of solution and services selling experience in IT Consulting Services & Software Products.
- Manage, mentor & guide juniors in the team towards successful sales outcomes
