Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to promote our IT services, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.Execute online and physical marketing campaigns: Design, plan, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms and physical events to reach and engage target audiences.Create content, videos, and marketing materials: Develop high-quality marketing content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and brochures, to effectively communicate our value proposition.Manage website and leverage social media: Oversee website updates to ensure it reflects our offerings and brand, and utilize social media platforms to engage with prospects and customers.Support the sales team and collaborate with product and engineering teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and product features.Produce content for various platforms: Create engaging content tailored for different channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.Design and deliver presentations: Prepare and present compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate marketing strategies, campaign results, and new ideas.
Good to Have Skills:Experience in BFSI, Telecom, and Healthcare sectors.Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.Strong project management skills.IT Services MarketingAdditional Skills:Digital marketing and social media strategies.Excellent communication skills.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Customer-centric and results-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience:
3 to 5 years of marketing experience in IT services.Location:
