  • Primary function of role is to prospect for strong client relationships.
  • Responsible for generating business through Farming & Hunting.
  • Identify opportunities; propose solutions to Customers in consultations with the technical / operational teams.
  • Account managers are expected to use consultative selling skills along with a strong understanding of the data center and technology industries to originate opportunities and achieve quota attainment in the data center/colocation business.
  • Ensure timely collections and follow up’s with customers.
  • Objection handling, working with SAM and Operation for timely and qualitative response. Working closely with projects and engineering to address client requirement.
  • Handling escalations and problems. Experience in handling customer escalations and closing them in timely manner without escalating it further
  • Present Company’s compelling value proposition at an executive level
  • Liaison with Marketing, Technical, Delivery and other teams in NTT
  • Bridge between Internal and external customer for better and faster response in the interest of business and in line with NTT core values
  • Driving Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Build business relationships through networking and leads generation program.
