Adlift Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the advertising industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Group Director of Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client servicing. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of effectively managing teams and possess hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of client-servicing professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising and marketing strategies for clients.
- Ensure alignment of strategies with client objectives and industry trends.
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Possess hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO
- Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance client campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Foster collaboration and communication between different departments within the organization.
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client servicing.
- Proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
